RFID Refund Update

We want to sincerely apologize to everyone who has experienced difficulties obtaining a refund for unused wristband funds this year.

We hear your concerns, and we share your frustration. The refund process has not gone as smoothly as it should have.

Rest assured, every one of our festival goers who has requested the return of unused funds on their wristband will receive their refund.

Going forward, Rifflandia Entertainment Company is taking direct control over the payment of these outstanding refunds as well as any communication required to facilitate the process.

For those of you whose refund request was unable to be processed due to a bank routing error that our RFID wristband partners (Fever, Idasfest, and Tipalti) encountered, please check your email for an update from us directly.

If you have not yet started your refund request, please follow the instructions below.

Refunds After the Festival

  • Keep your wristband until your e-wallet refund is complete. You will need the 8-digit alphanumeric code on the back of the chip.
  • The refund window is open from September 16th until October 14th.
  • After the festival, visit: https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/devolucion and select “Rifflandia”.
  • Enter the 8-digit alphanumeric code printed on the back of your wristband.
  • Register your refund (First name, last name, and email are the required information)
  • Refunds are processed within a few business days.

I removed/lost/discarded my wristband?

  • We’ll make every effort to locate your order and process a refund, including reviewing your ticket purchase and its link to your RFID wristband. While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to recover the information, we do understand how important this is and will work to refund any verifiable balance.

For lost/removed wristband inquiries please email hello@feverup.com with the below information:

  • Email
  • Full Name
  • Ticket ID - festival ticket and online topups (if applicable).
  • The amount remaining on your wristband (if you know it)

Why did I need to provide so many personal details?

  • Canadian banks are required by law to collect certain information to help prevent fraud and money laundering. This ensures that your transfer is processed securely and without delays. To receive a bank transfer, you’ll typically need to provide your name and banking details. For some transfers, your mailing address may also be required which is why it is requested.

Important Notes

  • Your wristband cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced.
  • By scanning the QR code on your wristband, you can check your balance and view your transaction history at any time. Please make sure to review your balance before attempting to pay for things.
