🎟️ RFID at Rifflandia

At Rifflandia, all purchases for food, drinks, merch (and more!) are made with your RIFF-ID wristband. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Getting Your Wristband

• Pick up your wristband at the Box Office/Wristband Exchange located at Pembroke St. and Store St.
• If you pre-purchased funds online, show your QR code and ask our staff to load them directly onto your wristband.
• Your wristband is your ticket, your wallet, and your key to the festival!
  
  

2. Adding Funds During the Festival

• You can use CASH, DEBIT or CREDIT to top up at any on-site Top-Up station.
• Or skip the line by scanning the QR code printed on your wristband and Top-Up instantly and directly from your phone.
• By scanning your wristband’s QR code, you can also check your balance and view your full transaction history at any time.
  
  

3. Refunds After the Festival

• Keep your wristband until the end of the event.
• After the festival, visit: https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/devolucion and select “Rifflandia”.
• Enter the 8-digit alphanumeric code printed on the back of your wristband.
• Register your refund.
• Refunds are processed within a few business days.
  
  

4. Important Notes

• Your wristband cannot be shared or transferred.
• Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced.
• By scanning the QR code on your wristband, you can check your balance and view your transaction history at any time. Please make sure to review your balance before attempting to pay for things.
